We carefully pack every order to ensure it arrives beautifully presented and in excellent condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. While Australia Post dispatches occur on week days only, Click & Collect orders may be prepared on weekends where possible.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Flat rate shipping applies - $12.95 for standard shipping, and $17.95 for express.

Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders over $200 AUD.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Local Delivery

We offer complimentary local delivery to selected suburbs surrounding Five Dock (10km radius).

Eligible customers will see this option at checkout. Local deliveries are typically completed within 1–2 business days.

In-Store Collection

Customers may choose to collect their order from our Five Dock boutique once available.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please wait until you receive this notification before visiting the store.

Delivery Delays

Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. While we will always do our best to assist, Ellis Edit cannot guarantee delivery timeframes or accept responsibility for delays outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Ellis Edit cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at ana@shopellisedit.com so we can assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
